Does the DWI fee include the ALR hearing?
Yes. The ALR hearing and trial fee are included in every DWI representation — first, second, and felony. You will not receive a separate bill for the ALR hearing or for going to trial.
Can I start with a payment and pay the rest over time?
Yes. Most charges offer a 10-month payment plan with the first payment due at hiring and auto-pay required. The exception is theft (misdemeanor), which requires advance payment in full.
Are there discounts if I have multiple charges?

What if I cannot afford the full fee?
Call us. The payment plan is designed to make representation accessible. Most clients make their first payment at hiring and set up auto-pay for the remaining 9 months. We work with clients on their specific situation.
When is the fee quoted in the contract the controlling fee?
Always. The fee quoted in your signed representation agreement is the fee that controls — regardless of any price changes that may occur after signing. You will not be charged more than what was agreed to in your contract.
